Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will review the case and work with you to resolve it.
